The Orders In-full Ratio measures the ability to deliver complete orders.

An order is only considered complete (in-full) if all items delivered in the right quantities, considering the customer's definition of complete.

  • Delivered In-full = 1 (one) if the order is complete, 0 (zero) if one or more items were missing or the delivered quantities did not match the ordered quantities
  • n = Total number of orders or order lines delivered

A higher percentage results in less handling, shipments and customer complaints.
