The activities associated with determining the relative importance of supply chains and assignment of strategy management resources. Not all supply chains are of equal value to an organization.

Use Cases

Supply Chain Prioritization Matrix: A tool to order supply chains according to relevance, and to facilitate the selection of key supply chains for consideration in later management phases. The matrix typically has more than one criterion for ranking. Example criteria are:

• Contribution Margin (Gross Margin or Net Margin)
• Growth Potential
• Number of products
