The activities associated with gathering and documenting the current state flow of materials and high-level process capabilities - the 'supply chain network'. This typically includes suppliers, customers, factories, warehouses, distribution centers and other entities involved in the planning, sourcing, making, delivery and return of products. For each entity or node list the process capabilities and optionally identify the Customer Order Decoupling Point for each supply chain.
