Order Processing Delays measures impact of delays in order processing for available product. This should exclude orders where no stock was available at the time the order was expected to ship.

  • Count of Orders Exceeded Service Level = Number of orders processed during the reported period where the time to process the order exceeded the service level
  • Count of Orders Processed = The total number of orders processed during the reported period

Order Processing Delays is typically a shipment date based metric as RS2 is a shipment date based metric.
