On-time to Current Schedule Ratio

On-time to Current Schedule Ratio measures the ability to deliver products and service on or before the most recent date given to the customer in the latest order (change) confirmation. An order is on-time if all items were delivered by the latest schedule communicated to the customer, using the customer's definition of 'on-time to current schedule date'.

On-time to Current Schedule Ratio is one of the three types of on-time metrics possible:

Advanced planning and optimization systems attempt to first reconfirm the Current Schedule date, then if possible improve to the Original Commit date and finally if possible improve to the Customer Request date.
