Recall Return is a term describing Returns initiated due to a safety or health risk associated with the use of the product. Recalls may be initiated for commercial, regulatory compliance and/or internal health and safety standards reasons.

Use Cases

• Toy safety recalls (e.g. lead paint, small parts)
• Food recalls (e.g. salmonella)
• Vehicle safety recalls (e.g. airbags)

Recall Return is a subclass of Product Returns.
