A Make Product is a product that is acquired through production or manufacturing ('Make'). The opposite of a Make Product is a Buy. Hybrids of Make and Buy products include: OEM, Subcontracting.

Notes

A common supply chain design decision is the Make-or-Buy decision. Also referred to as the outsourcing decision.
