MRP-II (Manufacturing Resource Planning) is the practice of integrating material requirements planning and capacity planning processes for each location and across multiple locations in a distribution network. Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP-II) extends Material Requirements Planning (MRP) by considering capacity constraints of in raw material warehouses, transportation and/or the manufacturing plant.
