Template:Page (Management for Supply Chain) was a business process framework describing the activities an organization can deploy to establish and/or improve its supply chains. The following processes comprise the framework:

• Align Strategy - Align and communicate supply chain performance goals in support of business goals and requirements. Compare to Align Strategy
• Align Network - Align supply chain resources with process and network goals and requirements. Compare to Align Network
• Align Processes - Align supply chain processes and process performance to meet supply chain network goals and requirements. Compare to Align Processes
• Align Resources - Align supply chain resources with process and network goals and requirements. Compare to Align Resources
