On-time to Original Commit Ratio

On-time to Original Commit Ratio measures the ability to deliver products and service on or before the date given to the customer in the first (original) order confirmation. An order is on-time if all items were delivered by the date originally communicated to the customer, using the customer's definition of 'on-time to original commit'.
