On-time to Customer Request Ratio

On-time to Customer Request Ratio measures the ability to deliver products and service on or before the date requested by the customer. An order is on-time if all items were delivered by the date requested by the customer, using the customer's definition of 'on-time to request date'.

On-time to Customer Request Ratio is one of the three types of on-time metrics possible:

Advanced planning and optimization systems attempt to first meet the Current Schedule date, then if possible improve to the Original Commit date and finally if possible improve to the Customer Request date.
