Many sources link Kanban to manufacturing processes only. This is incorrect. Kanban has been successfully implemented in all supply chain processes where materials need to be brought to a point of consumption, including: ([[t:RM|Raw Material]]) Warehouses, ([[t:FG|Finished Goods]]) Distribution Centers, Retail Stores.
